Terms and Conditions

Whilst we don't like to issue terms and conditions we feel that we need to so that everybody knows where they stand. Not only do they protect our business but they also make sure that everybody is treated fairly by us.

We have kept the terms as simple as possible, and we ask that you respect and follow them as we do.

All invoices must be paid promptly, within 14 days for domestic properties and 28 days for commercial properties / contracts. Failing this we have the right to temporarily suspend any future cleans until your account is brought up to date. For your convenience we attempt to collect any monies owed after the job is complete. However, it is still your responsibility to make sure any payment reaches us on time.

If payment is overdue by 30 days or more we will permanently suspend our services supplied to you. We will also recover the debt via our collection agency for monies owed to us, plus 2% interest per month for the total balance due thereafter. You will also be required to pay for the collection and court fees.

If you are planning to go away for an extended period of time please let us know before you go. This will save any misunderstanding on our part. 

You have the right to cancel our service provided to you at anytime. However, we ask that if you decide to cancel we require at least 14 days notice from you.

Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated against any of our staff or customers. If you have a complaint against a member of staff please contct us immediately and we will look into the matter accordingly.
